We understand that being a college student can be expensive, and finding a nice apartment close to campus can also add to the costs, that's why we provide the perfect apartment for you within walking distance from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Apartment Details

You can find Ranch View Apartments at our two locations:

-1206 W. King Ave. Kingsville, TX 78363 (Main office)

-709 W. Ave. B Kingsville, TX 78363

All our apartments have two bedrooms, one bath, living room and kitchen with appliances included. For your convenience, we also offer an on-site laundry room open only for our tenants 24/7.

Lease Details

-Lease payment is $900.00/ month.

-No more than 2 tenants per apartment are allowed in the lease. If leased by two tenants, each pays $450.00/month for rent. (Mainly TAMUK students).

-Contract is for a 12-month lease term.

-Rent payment includes water bill and trash service fees.

-Ranch View Apartments is Pet Friendly and Smoke-Free.
